How to Disassembly Hydraulic Track Adjusters for Caterpillar 320C Excavator

This instruction show you guide on how to disassembly hydraulic track adjuster for Caterpillar 320C Excavator.

Procedures:
1. Remove piston assembly (5) from cylinder (2).
2. Remove lip seal (6) from cylinder (2).
3. Remove rod (1) from cylinder (2).
4. Remove O-ring seal (3) and backup ring (4) from cylinder (2).CAT SIS 2021



5. Remove O-ring seals (9), rings (8), and rings (7) from the grooves in piston assembly (5)
